  • Please note, that all international orders are non-returnable.

Return & Exchange Policy

  • Surabhi Jaipur wants you to be completely delighted with your jewellery purchase. If for any reason, you are not happy/satisfied with your purchase within 7 days after receiving your order, Surabhi Jaipur offers the following options:
    Free reverse pickup facility on domestic orders.
  • You can also exchange the jewellery in the form of Surabhi Jaipur merchandise credit.
  • A refund to the original payment mode is made only in case of a manufacturing defect, technical issue, or missed timely delivery for an important occasion, provided we are convinced of the reason for the refund claim.
  • Orders must be returned within 7 days of purchase in their original packaging. Returns beyond 7 days will not be accepted.

  • All refunds require the original order receipt. Refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment for your order. The returned product(s) must be unworn, with no sign of damage, and in the original packaging with the original label intact.
  • Surabhi Jaipur shall have ultimate authority to determine whether the returned product suffers from any defect/damage or has been previously worn by the customer and the decision of Surabhi Jaipur shall be final and binding on both the parties.
  • Surabhi Jaipur customized orders are not eligible for returns, exchanges or refunds.
  • Any packaging/ shipping/ handling charges are non-refundable.
  • All international orders are not eligible for return.
